This 1976 Buick Electra 225 4 Door Hardtop Sedan is the car that got my wife to love big land yachts. With a 454 4 bbl. V-8 it sucked gas harder and faster than a DC9 and it traveled almost as fast. You were thrown into the back seat if you trounced the gas pedal. This is the car that made the OPEC nations rich. But it was all comfort and power, silky smooth, and 'fast as greased lightning.'
